**Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Pharmacist to join our team as a Senior Medication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating medication orders, ensuring accurate dispensing, and communicating effectively with healthcare teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating medication orders for appropriateness, potential interactions, and proper administration;
• Ensuring accurate dispensing and labeling of medications;
• Communicating with healthcare teams regarding medication-related queries;
• Maintaining customer databases, including medical history and laboratory data;
• Investigating and resolving medication-related issues;
• Supervising the preparation of medications and maintaining security conditions;

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A current License to practice as a Pharmacist in the State of Florida;
• Long-Term Care experience, preferably in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Computer skills and proficiency in framework/ECM software (a plus).
