We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Mojo in Dallas, TX.
Job OverviewThe Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI. This role involves driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, advocacy, and solution growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Harness technical expertise and passion for human connection to create transformative experiences for customers.
- Engage in complex technical discussions to unravel customer challenges and craft elegant solutions.
- Showcase the capabilities of our products and how they can solve customer problems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics, developing action plans to address areas of concern.
- Complete sales transactions and maintain records.
- Support the sales team in acquiring new customers.
- Maintain punctuality and adherence to assigned work schedules to ensure optimal coverage for customer service inquiries.
- Must be local to the Dallas area.
- Strong computer skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well with teams.
- Meticulous planning and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to efficiently process sales and customer upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- Proactive, persistent, and assertive, with a high level of commitment.
- Able to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
