Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work with our interdisciplinary team. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning and conducting segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plans and conducts therapy sessions to meet department objectives
  • Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient groups
  • Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention
  • Provides individualized care and discharge plans
  • Collaborates with all disciplines to evaluate team goals
Requirements:
  • 6 months of recent experience
  • Graduate of an accredited school
  • BLS certification
  • Active state license
