Tire Retread Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Retread Technician to join our team at Alma Tire Companies. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality retread tires are produced for our customers.

• Perform tire retreading operations with high accuracy and efficiency
• Operate air tools and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing or tire repair
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with Bandag methods and procedures
