About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for marketing and securing Survey Agreements with small to medium-sized businesses.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of business ownership experience or face-to-face direct sales experience, with a strong ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for daily appointments, targeting local businesses within a 20-mile radius of your home
  • Direct 2-3 sales appointments daily to secure Survey Agreements
  • Provide feedback to Business Coordinators and share new business lead opportunities
  • Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager
Requirements
  • At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; we value relevant experience over formal education
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
