A Sales Career Opportunity at SMS
About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for marketing and securing Survey Agreements with small to medium-sized businesses.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of business ownership experience or face-to-face direct sales experience, with a strong ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare for daily appointments, targeting local businesses within a 20-mile radius of your home
- Direct 2-3 sales appointments daily to secure Survey Agreements
- Provide feedback to Business Coordinators and share new business lead opportunities
- Review daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager
- At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; we value relevant experience over formal education
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A competitive commission-only structure with residual income and daily cash bonuses, offering realistic first-year earnings between $100K-$110K
- Potential for high six-figure commissions
