We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BMT RN Apheresis Oncology to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a key member of our Transplant and Cellular Therapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Stem Cell Transplant and hematologic disorders patients, focusing on nursing process and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing with a BSN preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital, with experience in Hematopoietic Progenitor Cells (HPC) preferred.
  • Prior experience working within a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program is highly preferred.
  • Current licensure as a RN in the state(s) of Florida and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
  • BLS certification required.
