At Innova Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Warehouse Assembler to join our team in Syracuse, New York. This is a contract-to-hire position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in assembling store fixtures, pulling orders, and packaging using various tools. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and pieces of various materials using hand and power tools
  • Inspect all fixtures received from vendors to ensure high-quality parts
  • Pack and protect merchandise for safe transportation
  • Study specifications on drawings to determine assembly requirements
  • Pull orders from sales orders, drawings, or spreadsheets
  • Count, mark, and tag incoming components for inventory tracking
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Organize warehouse space to prepare for incoming and outgoing orders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience or training preferred
  • Experience with power and hand tools essential
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $18.50 per hour.
