Sign Language Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled Sign Language Interpreter to join our team in Clearview, AL.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with the option for remote or on-site work. As a Sign Language Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation for a second-grade student in both educational and social settings at the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ASL interpretation services to support the student's academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Special Education team to update and implement the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• Support the student in various settings, including classrooms, play areas, and other educational environments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• RID certification, EIPA 4.0+, BEI Master, or BEI V.
• At least 1+ years of experience as a Sign Language Interpreter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
