Risk Management Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Management Sales Professional to advise clients on their risk exposure and available coverage options. Utilizing a consultative approach, you will promote Gallagher relationships and services while providing strong performance through generating organic new business growth.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for working with provided resources to achieve goals by selling valued insurance products and services to clients. You will build proven relationships with Producers and Vendors to grow referrals and lead opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management skills. They will work well with others in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to co-workers, colleagues, and clients.
This is an uncapped commission model role that offers high volume opportunities for success. Our Inside Sales Specialists utilize a consultative approach to commercial insurance knowledge and sales skills.
