At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Expert Respiratory Care Professional to join our team in Chino. This role involves providing essential respiratory care to patients in various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.
About the RoleThis position requires administering respiratory therapy treatments and assessments, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatments as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different healthcare environments, and willingness to travel frequently.
Responsibilities- Administering respiratory therapy treatments and performing assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans that address complex respiratory needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Educating patients and families on respiratory care techniques to promote self-management and independence.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Current RRT certification and state license required.
- Prior experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel role, is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex patient cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
