Job Overview

FARHA ROOFING, LLC offers a unique opportunity for a motivated Senior Commercial Roofing Sales Strategist to join our collaborative team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional roofing solutions.

With 5+ years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in commercial low-slope roofing sales and project management to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including property management companies, asset managers, REITs, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.
Project Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters to ensure smooth project progression.
Customer Relations:
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout the entire roofing process, addressing their concerns and questions promptly.
Financial Management:
  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely payment collection, maintaining financial discipline and integrity.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficiency in basic computer and internet skills
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Proven sales experience in the commercial construction industry
