Job Overview

GPAC, a leading search firm, is seeking an experienced Dairy and Whey Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply of dairy and whey ingredients to support our expanding product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and negotiate contracts for dairy and whey ingredients to ensure favorable pricing, quality, and availability.
  • Monitor market trends and manage commodity futures to mitigate price volatility and supply chain risks.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure timely procurement while minimizing excess stock.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Handle procurement contracts, renewals, and negotiations, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in ingredient procurement, contract negotiations, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success in managing dairy and whey ingredient procurement.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, with additional benefits and ownership opportunities available.
