We are seeking a highly skilled International Relocation Specialist to join our team at TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency.

As an International Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing expatriate payroll, benefits, and employment tax. You will work closely with the HQ to manage expat compensation and benefits, lead onboarding and offboarding processes, manage visa applications and renewals, and provide support for expat families and relocation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in expat HR management, 2+ years in a leadership position, and Japanese Bilingual language ability. Experience managing expatriate payroll and benefits, as well as experience with expatriate and visa processing, is also required.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client is offering a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee expatriate payroll, benefits, and employment tax
  • Work closely with HQ to manage expat compensation and benefits
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage visa applications and renewals
  • Provide support for expat families and relocation
  • Work closely with department members and senior management
