About the Role

Frontend Arts is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a New Business Account Executive. As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and expanding our footprint within existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in our products and solutions, providing in-depth knowledge to prospects and customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage sales cycles from end to end, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records via our CRM system.
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with prospects, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas by qualifying prospects and acquiring new business for Frontend Arts.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations and execute effective sales plans using consultative and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Ensure customer success by maximizing the value of our solutions and consulting with customers to define collaboration goals and success criteria.
  • Develop account plans for strategic opportunities in your pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
  • 2 years of proven sales track record, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling and ability to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior-level corporate management.
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies and ability to understand new technical concepts.
  • Knowledge of CRM software packages and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of post-secondary education.
