Job Summary:

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Neuro Stroke Unit setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient needs.
Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
Initiates assessments based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manages care of patients.
Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
Provides patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.

Work Schedule:

3 x 12-hour shifts per week
Every other weekend required
No holiday requirement
No on-call requirement

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required
Must have a strong MS/Tele background
ASN required
BLS must be AHA
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
English language proficiency (read, write, speak)

Preferred Qualifications:

BSN
NIHSS-ACLS
Telemetry competency
