About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telephonic Triage RN to join our team at Examinetics Inc. This full-time position is based in our Griffith, IN office and involves working closely with employees, employers, and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless access to care and optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine employee needs and eligibility for services, ensuring case progression is appropriate
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their care and access to services
  • Monitor and track employee progress, ensuring adherence to care plans and timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee interactions, care plans, and outcomes
  • Work closely with employees, employers, and other team members to ensure effective management and employee compliance
Requirements
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
  • Either a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Work experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of Urgent care or emergency care practices
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and familiarity with OSHA reporting guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in case management (CCM) or Occupational Health (COHN)
