About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our Press Operations team at Middleville Engineered Solutions LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our production equipment, ensuring high-quality products and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various production machines, including presses, transfers, and feed equipment, according to specifications and machine operating instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records, including hour-by-hour charts and production paperwork.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations and achieve departmental goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months of press operating experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills.
