Automotive Shop Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Shop Foreman to join our team at Hiester Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our service technicians and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non-technical manner
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay in line with rapidly changing technology

Requirements:

• 4+ Years Auto Technician Experience REQUIRED
• Master Level Tech with ASE CERTIFICATION and/or CHRYSLER TRAINING PREFERRED
• State Inspection License & Emission License PREFERRED
