Insurance Industry Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Industry Support Professional to join our team at State Farm Insurance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be working closely with customers to assist with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes. You will provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services, process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations, and handle billing and payment inquiries. Additionally, you will resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services
- Process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Handle billing and payment inquiries

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of insurance products and services, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
