Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dunkin'. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent guest service.
  • Communicate job expectations to the team and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Plan, monitor, appraise, and review job performance to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Create and maintain a guest-first culture by ensuring employees are focused on providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of our guests and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment for employees and guests.
  • Ensure brand standards and systems are executed to deliver a consistent guest experience.
  • Control costs to maximize profitability and drive sales growth.
  • Execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs to drive sales growth.
  • Set sales goals and track results to ensure we are meeting our sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Math and financial management skills.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Business and Financial Acumen: Understands guest and competition, approaches situations with innovation, has a working knowledge of profit and loss, understands and manages key performance measures.
