We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Accounts Manager to join our team. As the key representative of ORIGINS Organic in the East Coast and Midwest national and regional chains, you will be responsible for increasing the presence of Domaine Bousquet Organic wines and ORIGINS Organic imports portfolio.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in national and regional chains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive pricing strategy and guardrails through the 3-tier system.
  • Understand customer strategy and leverage the ORIGINS Organic value proposition to grow mutual business.
  • Contribute to the shaping of the US portfolio strategy by bringing insights from your sales team.

The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of wine beverage experience, with at least three years managing national and regional accounts. A strong network of buyers and existing client relationships with several chains in the alcohol industry, especially in the East Coast, are essential.

Requirements:
  • Five to ten years of wine beverage experience.
  • Three years of managing national and regional accounts.
  • Existing client relationships with several chains in the alcohol industry.
  • An established network of buyers.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively across functional groups/departments.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Aptitude to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling sales presentations and effectively communicating programs to sales teams.
  • Strong data analysis and analytical thinking.
  • Understanding of cross-channel/customer strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Nielsen/IRI information experience.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to be insured.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
