About the Role:
The Telemetry Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care in a post-acute environment. This role involves utilizing technology to monitor and communicate with patients, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to certified nursing assistants to ensure the highest level of quality care.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct EKGs, perform venipuncture, and initiate intravenous therapy as needed.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Experience in ICU/CCU/ED or Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital preferred.
