Store Manager

Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Windsor Fashions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team of fashion-loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists. You will be accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Manage and motivate a team of up to 25 employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure visual standards are maintained, and the store is always clean, neat, and organized.
- Make smart decisions to adjust and replenish products when needed.
- Live and promote Windsor values in everything you do, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver their best every day.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings.
- Flexible and reliable schedule.

Physical Demands
Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends, and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
