Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $**120,000 - $150,000 per year**, based on a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, a 401k retirement plan, and other perks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and analyzing patient health status, and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic condition management.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed.
