Job Title: Help Desk Assistant Manager

Enhance Health PLLC is seeking a skilled Help Desk Assistant Manager to provide frontline technical support for all staff. The ideal candidate will foster positive end-user relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical support to employees and downlines.
  • Foster positive relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Promote continuous improvement of Tier 1 support and desktop administration.
  • Monitor ticket volume and performance metrics.
  • Escalate and resolve software issues.
  • Define team goals and lead staff to achieving desired results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with Zen Desk and Mac Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and determine technology needs.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
