Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Test Equipment Engineering Directorate in Tucson, Arizona. As a key member of our multidiscipline team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating test products for all Raytheon products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, and technical drawings
  • Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, including technical, cost, and schedule management
  • Act independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve issues associated with test product development and implementation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and three years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test
  • Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools, including Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, and Creo Schematic
