Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Relations: Foster a positive and customer-centric approach to management, prioritizing resident needs and satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee community operations, including marketing and leasing, maintenance, and budget management.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with programmatic standards, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations.
  • Leadership & Supervision: Hire, train, and motivate on-site staff, and direct their activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Administrative: Utilize RealPage's OneSite software to optimize operating efficiency, manage reporting, and oversee payroll and AP packages.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management or a related field.
  • Experience working with seniors is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset to evaluate challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as RealPage OneSite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including on-site staff, vendors, and corporate teams.
