Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our affordable senior housing community in Tampa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the property, including marketing and leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Relations: Foster a positive and customer-centric approach to management, prioritizing resident needs and satisfaction.
- Operations: Oversee community operations, including marketing and leasing, maintenance, and budget management.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with programmatic standards, including Low Income Housing Tax Credit regulations.
- Leadership & Supervision: Hire, train, and motivate on-site staff, and direct their activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Administrative: Utilize RealPage's OneSite software to optimize operating efficiency, manage reporting, and oversee payroll and AP packages.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management or a related field.
- Experience working with seniors is a plus.
- An analytical mindset to evaluate challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as RealPage OneSite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including on-site staff, vendors, and corporate teams.
