Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)
**Job Description**
As a Residential Sales Specialist with Western Exterminator, you will be responsible for selling our residential pest management services and products to new and existing customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to assess customers' needs by performing a thorough analysis of their concerns, using your expert knowledge of our products and services to result in sales of our pest control solutions.
You will collaborate with our customer service center, Inside Sales department, and technicians to identify opportunities and develop proposals to resolve existing pest issues and propose additional enhancements to our pest household services.
Your daily activities will include completing home diagrams using our sales CRM, following up on past proposals to close sales opportunities, providing expert knowledge to new service installations, and meeting daily sales performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 or more years of sales or pest technician experience
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience in pest control sales and 2 or more years in a customer service role
