About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to perform technical procedures independently with judgment, ingenuity, and initiative for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of MRI experience and be certified as a Certified MRI Technologist or ARRT Magnetic Resonance Imaging. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, co-workers, and physicians.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform technical procedures independently with judgment, ingenuity, and initiative for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases.
  • Obtain complete clinical history, gather examination data, and assess for contraindications.
  • Follow established procedures for administering contrast media safely.
  • Ensure all studies have proper patient identification and review images for clinically acceptable results.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance in all modalities when needed.
  • Observe patient condition and evaluate when physician intervention is necessary.
  • Ensure patient privacy and maintain dignity throughout exams/procedures.
  • Organize schedule, prioritize activities, and follow physicians' instructions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required.
  • Certified MRI Technologist or ARRT Magnetic Resonance Imaging certification required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or BLS Instructor certification preferred.
  • Successful completion of an accredited MRI program or ARRT-R required.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
