Job Overview

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Windows server infrastructure in a 24/7 support environment. This includes building and troubleshooting servers, managing VM images, ensuring server security, and providing DevOps support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the stability and integrity of Windows servers and networks.
  • Provide second-level problem resolution and troubleshoot complex server and network issues.
  • Implement and manage server security processes, including PKI infrastructure and third-party applications.
  • Assist with company backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Manage software/hardware upgrades, patch management, and audit support.
  • Perform daily server administration tasks to support internal and external systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical certification equivalent to industry experience.
  • Ability to administer Windows enterprise domains and knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • Familiarity with VMware to build Windows OS servers and basic understanding of Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess expertise in Exchange, InTune, SAML Federation (ADFS, Azure, Ping, Okta) with emphasis on ADFS and Azure, and Backup/Recovery Enterprise skills.
  • Redhat Linux skills are also desired.
