Job Summary

EdTec LLC is seeking a highly skilled School Finance Manager to join our team. As an outsourced Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with school leadership to provide strategic financial guidance, facilitate budget planning, and prepare financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance to school clients, including budget planning and financial statement preparation
  • Build relationships with charter schools and charter authorizing communities
  • Analyze and solve complex financial problems for school clients
  • Manage budget development and tracking for client schools
  • Ensure compliance with applicable governmental regulations and professional standards

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in finance or related field preferred
  • 4-8 years of experience in finance or education
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work non-standard hours
