Salary and Benefits

The hiring minimum salary range for this position is $20.04 - $23.43 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, Edward Jones offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a critical part in helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a Branch Office Administrator, you will work closely with a Financial Advisor to deliver exceptional personalized service, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to create efficiency.

You will also have the opportunity to take an active role in the annual business planning process, assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year, and actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
