We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Spiritual Growth and Education Coordinator at Ladgov Corporation.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The Spiritual Growth and Education Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our religious education and spiritual growth programs. This includes:

  • Supporting the development of students' spiritual growth and faith formation.
  • Implementing and managing RE and Formation Programs that conform to Catholic teachings.
  • Coordinating with teachers, catechists, and other stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Evaluating program success and making recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in theology, theological studies, or religious studies, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Catechist through the Archdiocese for Military Services, USA, or willingness to obtain it.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Catholic RE Coordinator/Director or 5 years teaching experience in a Catholic religious education program.
