We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Enforcement Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, regulatory affairs, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving results-oriented initiatives. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in enforcement, and to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve enforcement goals
  • Leveraging expertise to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Providing guidance and support to subordinate staff to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings options, and paid time off.
