Job Summary:

As a Clinical Nurse in our NICU, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Nursing (Required)

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Ohio (Required)

• BLS and ACLS certification (Required)

• 1+ year of experience in a NICU setting (Preferred)
