About the Role

The Medium Law Client Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing Westlaw usage in assigned law firm accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of legal research, sales, and marketing strategies to meet customer needs and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality account management and customer support services to assigned accounts
  • Establish solid, long-term customer relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by diagnosing needs, presenting solutions, and addressing customer concerns
  • Attain assigned revenue account goals and support renewal process
  • Develop, present, and implement special offers in non-Account Executive accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales Executives in identifying sales opportunities for each firm
  • Educate customers on the benefits of Westlaw over competitors and train customers on the use of Westlaw
  • Coordinate training efforts with Customer Success Representatives
  • Coordinate local marketing efforts within assigned accounts
  • Keep up-to-date on competitive activities in accounts and communicate information to divisional/regional management
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology products aimed at increasing revenue and providing solutions
  • Assist other market segments as needed
About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • J.D. preferred
  • Legal practice experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and Westlaw legal research skills
  • Customer service orientation and experience
  • Account Management and sales/marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in MS
  • Previous legal research training preferred
