Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range for this position, estimated at $120-$150 per hour based on 7-hour shifts and 35 hours per week. This includes tax-free stipend amounts, which will be determined according to your qualifications and experience. In addition to your hourly wage, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, and more.
About the Role
As a travel allied health professional, you will work as an independent contractor, providing therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapies to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid PT license, current certification in CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of experience working as a physical therapist in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
