About the Role

This Advanced Clinical Expert position offers the opportunity to educate customers on best practice CardioMEMS and Merlin.net workflows within targeted strategic, enterprise accounts, and IDN's. Proactively manage key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value and CardioMEMS program adoption.

The ideal candidate will have inpatient and outpatient Heart failure program experience with advanced practice degree such as NP, MS, or PA or relevant experience. Experience in project management, performance improvement, and process improvement across hospital's or IDN's also preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market dynamics to identify greatest needs and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise accordingly.
  • Provide technical, sales, education, and clinical support in response to the most complex field inquiries.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Training and Development to provide feedback for improved customer experience and optimize implementation processes.
  • Act as Advanced Clinical Expert internally within defined targeted accounts and within the Abbott HF organization.
  • Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on HF products to healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Clinical background: RN, BSN, MSN, PA, or equivalent experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work within a team environment.
  • Overnight travel 50%.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required.
  • 5 years or more relevant working experience required.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
