About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team at Blue Mountain Quality Resources, LLC. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based services.
  • Design and implement automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce toil.
  • Analyze metrics to optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for workflows, procedures, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new technologies to enhance compatibility, expandability, and supportability.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a cloud operations, software development, DevOps, or site reliability engineering position.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Java, C#), scripting languages (Azure CLI, PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience utilizing cloud/IT automation tools (Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Bicep & Azure RM Templates (IaC)) is desired.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Application Insights, etc.).
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
