We are seeking an experienced Laser Technology Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing internal laser applications trials to support marketing, sales, and tradeshows. You will also collaborate with the sales team to monitor trends in the laser and optics industry and leverage new technologies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laser processing and optics, as well as knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Electro-Discharge Machining (EDM), laser welding, laser drilling, laser micro-machining, and milling. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required. US citizenship or existing Green Card holder status is mandatory due to customer facilities access requirements.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
