Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at PatientFirst. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Assist healthcare professionals with various medical procedures, take vital signs, and prepare patients for exams and treatments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, handle electronic ordering of lab tests and supplies, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; minimum one year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and prioritization skills.
