**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team in Wausau, WI. In this role, you will provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting their personal goals and encouraging community involvement while ensuring compassionate and patient care.

**Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
  • Help participants develop life skills, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage community participation and engagement in activities they enjoy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
