Warehouse Material Handler Job Description

Ryder is seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Minster, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation
  • Accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks
  • Day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, including picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
  • Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Benefits:

  • Hourly pay $20.00 per hour
  • Overtime pay $30.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday, 4:30 AM - 4:00 PM (+1 day alternating weeks)
  • $1000 Sign-On Bonus
