Job Summary

GDI Services Inc US is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
  • Strip and wax floors, as well as perform carpet extraction and spot removal.
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment, including buffers and walk-behind cleaners.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep facilities in good condition.
  • Empty wastebaskets and take out trash.
  • Sanitize restrooms and replenish dispensers.
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds, and mirrors.
  • Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
  • Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
