Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Draftsmen in creating and reviewing CAD drawings
  • Oversee staff and their work, ensuring design standards are met
  • Develop and implement quality training programs for the Draftsmen team
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals and design standards
Requirements
  • Certification / A.A.S. or higher in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
  • At least 5 to 7 years of CAD experience, preferably in a manufacturing or remodeling industry
  • At least 3 to 5 years of Management experience
