Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified cardiologist to join our team as an Adult Congenital Heart Disease Specialist at VCU Health Pauley Heart Center. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care for adults with congenital heart disease in the inpatient and outpatient settings.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will collaborate with experts from various fields, including pediatric cardiologists, surgeons, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and advanced heart failure specialists. They will participate in outreach clinics, research projects, educational activities, and fellowship development, ensuring seamless integration with our academic mission.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive care for adults with congenital heart disease in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts to develop individualized treatment plans.
3. Participate in outreach clinics, research, and educational activities related to adult congenital heart disease.
4. Assist in developing an ACHD fellowship program.

Requirements:
1. Board certification in cardiology and adult congenital heart disease.
2. Clinical orientation and sufficient research and teaching experience for an academic appointment.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a large multidisciplinary program.
4. Eligibility for medical licensure in Virginia.
5. Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment.

What We Offer:
