Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Production Director to oversee the Order Fulfillment Process from quoting through shipping and invoicing for the Motor market. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and involves directing and coordinating all production operations through team leads, production personnel, and customer service teams.
- Develop and lead plant personnel within their value stream.
- Mange assembly operations, machining operations, processing, treating, packaging, and shipping.
- Effectively communicate and professionally interact with teams and individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field and four years of experience in management or a similar combination of education and experience is necessary.
- Minimum two years of experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.

- Knowledge of Quality Concepts (i.e., SPC, TQM, JIT) and Quality Systems (i.e., ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Zero Defects) is preferred.
This position requires working in a non-climate-controlled environment, exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Team members may be exposed to distracting sounds and noise levels. There may be frequent exposure to fumes/dust particles, requiring the use of respirators or other personal protective equipment. Employees may come into contact with toxic or caustic chemicals and must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
