Recruitment Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team at Randstad USA Careers.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to sell recruitment services to clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop relationships with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and identifying new revenue streams.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience in a recruitment or sales environment.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment, with a strong ability to connect with others and build relationships.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our recruitment services to clients.
  • You are technically competent, with proficiency in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
  • You thrive in a hybrid work model, with a passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively sell and recruit through modern media connections, identifying prospects in need of our workforce services & solutions.
  2. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, creating partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers.
  3. Execute the activities that will gain results, including lots of calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings.
  4. Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client's potential, negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
  5. Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates, coach and retain talent, market talent to make certain they land the right job.
  6. Use a combination of approaches that require exceptional documentation, offering innovative and creative employment solutions.
  7. Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Fleming Island, FL-32003.
