Sleep Medicine and Wound Care Department Lead

Jamie Grayem is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Sleep Medicine and Wound Care department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the department, ensuring high-quality care, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers, and have a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and reducing costs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the department, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement clinical practice standards, quality improvement initiatives, and patient-centered care programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Act as a patient advocate, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management, with a focus on ambulatory services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
