Job Overview

This position offers a unique chance to work with a supportive team and contribute to the success of students with speech, language, and communication disorders. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with caregivers and other professionals, and monitor patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. Additionally, Soliant offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Evaluation and Diagnosis: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in elementary school students.

Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of each student.

Collaboration: Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, active Ohio licensure or eligibility, ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, and experience working with AAC devices and IEPs.

Work Environment: This is a full-time position requiring on-site work in the Athens, Ohio area.
